2. Training Course Bookings
2.1 Non-Refundable Policy
All training courses are strictly non-refundable once booked.
This includes deposits, part payments and full payments.
Because we reserve your training space, prepare resources, and limit availability, we cannot offer refunds under any circumstances.
2.2 Course Date Changes
If you need to change your training date:
- You must contact us as soon as possible.
- We will do our best to accommodate your request, but date changes cannot be guaranteed due to limited availability.
- If no alternative date is available, the original booking remains valid and non-refundable.
2.3 No-Shows
If you fail to attend your scheduled training without prior notice, your booking is considered cancelled and non-refundable.
2.4 Course Requirements
Learners must:
- Arrive on time
- Be prepared with any required materials
- Follow academy guidelines and safety procedures
Failure to comply may result in removal from the course with no refund.
3. Product Purchases
3.1 Returns & Refunds
For hygiene and safety reasons, hair extension tools and products are non-returnable unless faulty.
3.2 Faulty Items
If a product is faulty, you must notify us within 7 days of receiving the item.
We may offer a replacement or refund upon review.

We reserve the right to withhold certificates if standards are not met.

- Any allergic reactions or sensitivities

- Injury resulting from failure to follow safety protocols
